- Tie a knot into the freediving rope at approximately 1.5m (3ft) away from the bottom weight.
- Place the stopper over the knot.
- Tighten the cap onto the stopper.
- Place the protective O-ring around the cap.
- To remove, place your finger inside of the notch at the cap and pull.
