Editorial Content Coordinator & Writer
Job Summary:Are you passionate about the underwater world and storytelling? Molchanovs Freediving is looking for a talented and dynamic Editorial Content Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you’ll lead the development of high-quality articles that educate, inspire, and engage our global audience by overseeing our news and articles section.
Key Responsibilities:
- Write and edit informative articles on Molchanovs’ freediving gear and education, providing insights on how our equipment and education system supports freedivers at all levels.
- Pitch creative story ideas that bring fresh, diverse perspectives to our news and articles section, sharing unique freediving stories from around the world.
- Simplify freediving concepts to make them accessible and engaging for readers, from beginners to advanced enthusiasts.
- Track and analyze metrics to gauge the success of content, using data to inform future strategies and optimize articles for reach and engagement.
- Collaborate with marketing, education, and gear teams to align content with Molchanovs’ overall goals and campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Native-level proficiency in written English, with a portfolio that showcases versatility across article types (informative, storytelling, instructional, etc.).
- Analytical mindset with experience using tools like Google Analytics to track content performance.
- A passion for freediving and a strong understanding of the freediving community.
- Excellent communication skills and a knack for storytelling, with the ability to make complex topics digestible and engaging.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and coordinate across a remote team.

This is a remote, part-time position with varying hours of approximately 5-10 hours per week. The applicant must have access to reliable and fast Wi-Fi, a laptop, and a mobile phone.
