STAtic Training
with Florian Dagoury

Florian Dagoury, 2nd in the world for his 10’30" breath-hold, will guide you to achieve 3-minute, 4-minute, and 5-minute breath-holds with each of his STA Challenges.

This program is perfect for those interested in extending their dive times, whether it’s for deep diving, spearfishing, underwater photography or longer wildlife encounters!

Videos contain the following:

- Theory explaining the science behind the program
- Guided breath-hold exercises
- Mental techniques
- Stretching

No equipment or buddy is needed for dry exercises, although if you practice some exercises in the water, a buddy is required.


Aerokinetics: Foundational Breathwork with Alexey Molchanov

Alexey Molchanov, a world champion freediver, will teach you the breathwork he uses that helped him build the foundation of his capabilities that led to his own record-breaking dives. This program is intended for freedivers of all levels and will set a foundation for not only your freediving journey, but your general physical condition, strong cardiovascular capability and improved lung function. Aerokinetics: Foundational Breathwork include:

- A 12-week program with 15-minute workouts to be followed in real-time
- Gaining awareness of breathing muscles and the breathing cycle
- Detecting tension in the body and learning how to relax efficiently
- Safely increasing lung volume

No equipment or buddy is needed for these exercises and you can practice them anywhere.

Wave 2 (Intermediate Freediving) Preparation Course with Matt Duvault

Matt Duvault, Canadian National Record Holder and Molchanovs IT, will prepare freedivers for their W2 course (or any intermediate freediving course such as AIDA 3, PADI Advanced Freediver, SSI Freediving Level II). These excercises will improve your technique, flexibility and knowledge to maximize what you take away from your upcoming course.

Best of all, all exercises can be done dry. No pool or open water access necessary!
