The amount of silicone included is enough to cover the inner foot pockets or your foot itself. A small amount is only need per application and the 100mg bottle will last you a long time.
It also does not cause allergies and is biodegradable so it won’t harm the corals. Putting and or changing in and out of your monofin and bifins has never been easier.
