2. Film yourself performing a 90-second underwater mermaid routine from the program

Grab a friend and an underwater camera, draw on the moves you learned from the Mermaid Training Program, and film yourself completing a 90-second underwater dance as a mermaid. No need for a monofin or monofin tail - you can do it in bifins if that’s what you have!

3. Share it on Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok and tag Molchanovs

4. Wait for the winner to be announced on social media

Winners will be announced on all of our social media accounts shortly after the last day of the giveaway - January 11, 2024 at 23:59 GMT. This means you have 2 entire months to practice and bring your creativity to life!

EARLY BIRD BONUS: Everyone who purchases the Mermaid Training Program in its first month (before December 11, 2024) will get to participate in a special group call with Dominique Abraham, a professional mermaid and the creator of the Mermaid Training Program!
