Access Base Training


Want to improve your freediving but not sure how to start? Our Base Training Programs are tailored to your level, your access to water, and whether you train with a buddy or solo. You can choose a quick workout with our Workout Generator or follow a full Base Training Program. Both options include depth, pool, and dry workouts, along with breathing and mental exercises to boost your performance.
Currently, access to Base Training is exclusively available to Molchanovs Movement members. To become a Movement member, you must register for one of our freediving courses (theory, lap, wave, or instructor). Once you join, you’ll unlock the Base Training library and gain access to the world’s largest freediving community.
