Out of 12 freediving World Records set in 2020, 9 of them belong to Molchanovs Ambassadors.

An official World Record signifies that a competition had world-record status and that the record-setting athlete was required to submit to an anti-doping test following their performance. The list of Molchanovs athletes and their records are as follows:

Alenka Artnik, 114m CWT. AIDA
Alexey Molchanov, 113m CWTB. AIDA
Arnaud Jerald, 112m CWTB. CMAS
Alexey Molchanov, 111m CWTB. CMAS
Alenka Artnik, 94m CWTB. CMAS
Mirela Kardašević, 200m DNF. CMAS
Olga Davydova, 65m CWTB. CMAS Lake
Olga Davydova, 71m FIM. CMAS Lake
Olga Davydova, 73m CWT. CMAS Lake

Last year’s nine official World Records result in a cumulative 60 official World Records set in the past 10 years that have been achieved with Molchanovs freediving equipment.

“I was pleasantly surprised after summing up all the World Records in the end of the year as 9 of them were set by members of the Molchanovs Ambassador team,” said Alexey Molchanov, co-founder of Molchanovs and multiple world record holder and champion. “I am sure our ambassadors will continue rediscovering human potential. It is in line with my own personal philosophy and motivation: to progress, master skills, and to explore the potential. I apply this philosophy to our education and freediving equipment development for all levels of freedivers, from beginners to athletes.”

Our mission at Molchanovs is to share our love of freediving with the world. We do this by cultivating the level of knowledge and skill of all freedivers, by building global and local communities that fuel passion for freediving, and by developing gear that provides the best freediving experience possible.
