Due to disruption caused by COVID-19, our distribution centers (Russia and Singapore) are working at a decreased capacity however we are still meeting processing timelines. Some local carriers may be delayed or unable to deliver to certain locations. These restrictions vary by region and therefore, before placing an order, please check with your relevant local authority and carrier for more information on potential delays. If an order is sent to a restricted area, it will be returned to our warehouse after failed delivery attempts and we will contact you regarding a refund or re-shipment.

Extended Returns Policy
For customers wishing to return or exchange items, we have extended our returns period from 30 days to 60 on any products purchased on or after Monday, 16th of March 2020.
We seek your understanding that even despite the longer delivery times, we will not be able to cancel or refund orders that have not yet been returned to us.
Molchanovs Instructor Update
We are temporarily modifying the 1 year requirement to complete course requirements. For any course that is run between January 1, 2020 to June 1, 2020, your students will have 18 months to complete their course requirements.
Additionally, as of Monday, 16th of March 2020, the number of days you have on your Membership will be frozen until further notice (this means that if you have 160 days left as an active instructor, your days will be paused at 160 until further notice). You will not lose your days remaining until we see the situation improving.
UPDATE: We have unfrozen Molchanovs Instructor Memberships in June 2020.
We are encouraged to stay at home. That doesn’t mean we can’t continue our freediving practice. Freediving is not merely happening in the water. There is so much we can practice from home that will improve our performance in the water. Let’s embrace this time of solitude to create new routines and ways of living. In the face of solitude, community carries on. Over the next few weeks we’ll be delivering daily content from our community and ambassadors, this is the Molchanovs Movement. We’ll be providing digital stretching, yoga, workouts, training practices to keep you connected and in training.
