Julia Kozerska

Julia Kozerska, who hails from Poland, started freediving at the beginning of 2011. In December of that same year, she participated in her first freediving competition. In the past 11 years that she has dedicated her life to the sport, her official personal bests are 260m (853ft) in DYN, 210m (689ft) in DNF, 200m (656ft) in DYNB, and 8:01 in STA. Julia spends her time training at different swimming pools in the Silesia region of Poland and particularly loves to train DNF. Freediving makes her feel strong, especially mentally, and she adores diving in Cyprus when possible.

In addition to her training schedule, Julia works part-time as a lifeguard and also part-time as a physiotherapist in a preschool.
