Adam Stern

Adam Stern is a 5-time Australian record holding freediver. He started freediving in 2011 and since then he has done nothing but dive, train and teach the sport he loves so much. Adam's accomplishments include winning a bronze medal in Vertical Blue 2015 for the Men's Constant Weight category. The following year (2016) he completed his first 100m dive and went on to dive to 104m in competition. At the AIDA Depth World Championships in 2017, he won a bronze medal in the Men's Free Immersion category. Adam currently travels around to teach freediving, primarily in Australia and occasionally in the Asia Pacific region.
