Molchanovs Lap/Wave 4 Instructor Requirements

To apply to become a Molchanovs Lap/Wave 4 Instructor and get students ready for competitive freediving, you will need to have:

  1. An active Lap/Wave 3 Instructor certification (or the equivalent from another agency)
  2. At least 1 year of teaching experience as a Lap/Wave 3 Instructor (or the equivalent from another agency)
  3. A minimum of 100 certifications (minimum 10 W2 and minimum 10 W3). T certifications and certifications from other agencies are counted as half a certification (e.g. 60 certifications from another agency are worth 30 Wave certifications).
  4. All basic requirements as follows:
