Molchanovs Instructor Trainers (ITs) are the expert educators we trust to teach future Molchanovs instructors. They train and evaluate future instructor candidates, ensuring they meet the Molchanovs standards for safety, skill, and teaching ability. ITs also are involved in developing and updating education materials and courses.

BECOME A MOLCHANOVS INSTRUCTOR TRAINER

Becoming a Molchanovs Instructor Trainer has its benefits. As an active IT, every time you certify a Molchanovs instructor and they pay their annual membership fee, you get a 15% credit of that fee. Even if that instructor upgrades with another IT, you and the other IT still split the 15%. In addition to the credit, you also become a part of our private IT chat group, where you can stay up-to-date on everything Molchanovs and connect with fellow professionals for support, knowledge sharing, and networking.
