For our Monofin S2 and Bifins CS1, you have an option for an Arch Support. When measuring the arch height, it is recommended you place your foot on a flat surface and measure perpendicularly to the highest point of your arch.
The arch support ensures that your foot fits more snugly into the footpocket by providing additional points of contact between the sole and the monofin or bifins. During the finning cycle of the monofin or bifins, pressure is exerted on various points of the foot. The arch support assists by spreading this pressure more evenly throughout the foot for a more comfortable dive.
Choosing blade stiffness is generally goes down to body composition, experience, and preference.
As a general rule of thumb, the heavier and bigger you are, the more propulsive force is required to move your body through the water. This means that stiffer blades would be more effective for a large and heavy freediver to produce the thrust required to move.
A smaller, lighter freediver could get away with using softer blades, as less thrust is required. This is not to say that softer blades are less effective in moving yourself through the water, as conservation of oxygen comes is a key factor in freediving.
Experienced freedivers tend towards softer blades, as they have practised their finning technique to conserve oxygen while still producing enough thrust. For example, despite being well-built, Alexey uses soft blades for both the monofin and bifins.
Ultimately, the blade stiffness that's best for you is up to you. Spearfishers might prefer stiffer blades so that they can reach the bottom faster. For the Monofins and the custom Bifins, there are 3 fit options for the footpockets
Comfort fit is designed for users who use the fins for long periods of time, either for training or recreation. This fit generally allows for about an hour of use.
The normal fit is suggested for those who wish to use their fins for both training and competition. This fit will allow you to wear the fins for about 20-30 min. Beyond that, they might start to feel uncomfortable.
The tight fit is suggested for those who wish to use their fins exclusively for competitions. When selected, the footpockets will be sized tightly for maximum power transfer from the body to the fins. This sizing means that the footpockets would generally become uncomfortable after about 10 minutes of use.
As our custom products are handmade to order, the lead time takes longer than our regular merchandise. The total production time and delivery time for our custom products averages between 6-8 weeks, while regular merchandise takes 2-4 weeks, if there is stock available.
Delays can occur due to lack of availability, or customs hold ups. We will inform you via email if any such delays occur.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Upon receipt of the product check for damage on the packaging caused during transportation. If the damage is detected, open the package in the presence of the postal employee. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
